Are you trying to edit your Form 1099-B in TurboTax Online? If so, here's how to get to it quickly:

1. Open (continue) your return if it isn't already open.
2. In TurboTax, search for 1099-B and then select the Jump to link in the search results.
3. Open the respective 1099-B and adjust your entries.

TurboTax does not "mail" any tax returns. Instead TurboTax offers the choice of e-filing (where the tax return is filed with the IRS electronically) or allowing you to print and mail the return yourself.

TurboTax does mail any tax returns.  If you choose to mail your 2019 tax return instead of e-filing, then You have to print, sign, date and mail the federal tax return to the IRS.
