I selected to file both Illinois and Indiana online, so I paid $30 per state. After I paid I was told I would need to mail my Illinois tax return in. When will I receive a refund for that $30 since I am not filing it online? Thanks!

There is no separate fee for e-filing state. The fee you are charges if for state preparation. If you are planning to prepare and file (even by mail) your state tax returns through TurboTax, you cannot opt out of this fee.
