I need to change the TurboTax product I am using, I no longer need self employed, I need the deluxe package

You cannot change products at the end of the process.  

Actually you can, but you will loose all your data because you will need to clear and start over (https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/2586254-how-do-i-clear-and-start-over) to remove something like Self-Employed or Premier and go down to Deluxe or PLUS.  

There is one other issue, you can clear and start over as long as you haven't registered or paid yet.
