I need to attach my form 8962 with my tax return

if you want to e-file you need to enter the 1095-A information. you should have received the form by now if you had marketplace coverage. if you didn't you answered the question wrong about have ACA/marketplace coverage.

To enter your Form 1095-A -

• Click on Federal Taxes 
• Click on Deductions and Credits
• Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
• Scroll down to Medical
• On Affordable Care Act (Form 1095-A), click the start or update button

Or enter 1095-a in the Search box located in the upper right.  Click on Jump to 1095-a

If you mistakenly indicated that you have ACA coverage in TurboTax when you actually don’t

To delete a form in TurboTax Online, you need to¹²:

1. Open or continue your return in TurboTax.
2. In the left menu, select Tax Tools and then Tools.
3. In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form.
4. Select Delete next to the form/schedule/worksheet in the list.
5. Follow the instructions.

 

you'll need to delete the 1095-A form, if present, and then delete the 8962.
