I need to adjust my 2020 return. In that regard I need to fill out Form 8582, but I can't find Form 8582. I have TurboTax Home and Business 2020. Any Suggestions?

You can use the Forms menu option to bring up the forms in your program. On the top of the list of forms you will see an icon that says Open Form. Click on that icon and type in 8582 and you will see the form for Passive Activity Loss Limitations.
