I need some help filing my unemployment payments portion of the taxes which is showing I have higher income compared to 2019 which is not true. This was caused by COVID19

As it stands today, unemployment is treated as taxable income.
There is "Talk" that some lawmakers would like to make unemployment non-taxable during the pandemic, but right now unemployment is taxable and will increase your income.
