I need NYS Form IT-258 to complete my return and cannot find it. I am using the Premier version. Can I speak to a human

To generate the Form IT-258, follow these steps:

• While in your state return, look for a page titled Take a look at New York credits and taxes.
• Scroll to the Your Home section (see attached).
• Click Start to the right of Nursing Home Assessment Paid with Your Own Funds.

This form is not available in the TurboTax 2020 CD Windows version. I followed these instructions with a live tech support person and she could not locate it either.

 

Where is it and how do I file for it??

You want to make sure your operating systems are up-to-date. This could be preventing the form from appearing.
