I need help filling out my taxes. I had a work injury this last year and was on worker’s compensation. I’ve never had a work injury before so I’m not sure what to do?

I am no longer on worker’s compensation and only worked about a week throughout the year.

Workman compensation is not taxable and does not get entered on a tax return.   If you only worked for a week or so, it is unlikely that you even need to file a 2024 tax return unless you have a 1095A for marketplace health insurance.

Who has to file?
