I need a WealthScape Investor ID, don't have, and fail to register with first, last, DOB & last 4 SSN. Now What?

Using Turbotax this year to once again import National Financial Services 1099s.  This year, Turbotax (new to me) is asking for a WealthScape Investor ID.  Last year, they (Turbotax) popped a user/pass window and asked me to log into my brokerage account.   Since I don't have a WealthScape Investor ID, I tried (on mystreetscape.com/auth) to register for a new one.  Prompted for my  first, last, DOB & last 4 SSN, WealthScape said it didn't match records (of course it does), and said I needed to contact my broker.  I did, and they knew absolutely nothing about WealthScape and suggested I contact Turbotax.

So, ball's in your court TurboTax.  How do I get a WealthScape Investor ID and Password.

Please see this link directly from National Financial Services for more guidance on importing your information into TurboTax.

While National Financial Services is a partner that allows import directly into TurboTax, WealthScape is not listed as an import partner.

Forget above… while my 1099 says National Financial Services (both the 1099 itself and when I import it into TurboTax), I have to use “Fidelity Investments” in 2024 to import.  Unlike last year when I imported National Financial Services.  OMG…

I used https://www.mystreetscape.com/auth/access/login to register as a new user days ago. It worked for me.

However, the following message popped up when I tried "Register as a new use" again:

myStreetscape is now rebranded as Wealthscape InvestorSM.

You must use the new Wealthscape InvestorSM login page at https://www.wealthscapeinvestor.com to access your accounts.

If this link doesn't work, try calling their 800 number for support.

Good luck!
