you're using online for this question. For online the xxx.tax2022 file is only maintained online. switching computers doesn't bar access to the account where the file is. Now if you're asking about desktop versions then for a Windows computer the default location is the folder c:\users\user name\documents\turbotax.
copy to a thumb/flash drive and then paste it in the same folder on the new computer or anywhere else as long as you know where. other options are to use a compression app and then attach it to an email to yourself. Open the email on the new computer, download the file and uncompress it putting in a similar location.
