I moved several times and do not remember what address I filed from last year (2016, filing for 2015)

I was living in a different state when I filed last year (March 2016, filing for 2015) and do not remember which address I used. I moved again and now (2017, filing for 2016) I cannot see the details of my 2015 return w/o first paying for TurboTax Deluxe, which I'm going to get in the course of filing my 2016 return, but don't have yet.
I do not know if I need to change my address with the IRS on my 2016 return or if they already have this information from USPS mail forwarding, Voter Registration, etc.

When you enter your address on your 2016 tax return, use the address where you would like to receive mail from the IRS now.

That is done but do I still need to fill out & mail in to the IRS a Change of Address form? I lived at A and moved to B, where I filed 2015 & had my mail delivered to. I've since moved from B to C and am currently filing taxes & receiving mail at C. Should I fill out the form updating the IRS, who have either A or B (probably B) and Change Address to C?
