I moved from WI on 11/27/2018 and put this information into turbotax but it still asks to select the county of WI where I lived on December 31 2018. What should I choose?

Go back to the MY INFO tab and edit yourself....you are a resident of the state where you now live & you also worked in WI. 

Then return to the state and make sure you are completing a part year resident return .
