I moved abroad in October 2016. Can I still use Turbo Tax to file my federal and state taxes?

Do I need to mark that I moved? It only gives me the option to change my state of residency.

Yes you can use TurboTax to complete and file a federal and state tax return even if you have moved overseas.

In the Personal Info section for your name you when selecting the resident state, in the dropdown, scroll down to the bottom of the list and choose Foreign or US Possession.  Then you would indicate that you lived in another state during the year and from the dropdown choose the state you moved from and the date you moved to your overseas country.

Note - If this was a military move and you are active military then the resident state is your Home of Record or State of Legal Residence.  It is not Foreign or US Possession.
