What government is paying you $100,000 a month which is $1.2 million dollars a year and for what reason?

If you are a US person for tax purposes (meaning a US citizen, a green card holder or a resident alien) then you owe income tax on all your world-wide income.

By default, US tax law considers all income to be taxable, unless it is covered by a specific exception.  So unless you can point us to facts that would lead to one of those exceptions, you should expect your income is taxable.
