I mailed my 2015 tax return in 2017 and the address given by Turbo Tax Dept. of the Treasury, IRS,Kansas City, MO xxxxx-xxxx was returned to sender

The IRS suggests that you mail your Past Returns to the current Tax years mailing address. See the IRS link below to determine based on your return type, where you should send your forms: https://www.irs.gov/uac/where-to-file-paper-tax-returns-with-or-without-a-payment
