These instruction steps below are for "quarterly" estimated tax payments, but it will give you a shortcut to the right section. Once you are in the right section, you can then enter the monthly dates and amounts. Here's how:
Instead of entering them quarterly, you will see an "Additional Payments" section near the bottom and a link "Add another payment" where you can enter each payment and date. Just keep clicking that link to get another payment date field.
Here's a way to navigate to the estimated taxes section in the Online product:

@taxes2016mjw I revised the above answer with more info since you have more payments throughout the year. On that screen, you can scroll down a bit, and will see a place for "Additional Payments". To add more dates use the blue link "Additional payments." If you were emailed the original answer, please return to the forum to see the full answer.
I cannot find anyplace to add Additional Payments, nor anyplace to add 2018 estimated payments on the Tax Breaks screen under "income Taxes paid. If I click Edit, there is no choice to add 2018 estimated payments. We have been looking for the last hour.
@elvink1
You are not following the specific steps in my answer above. They are not located under "Income Taxes Paid." That is the wrong topic. They are located in the topic "Estimated Tax Payments."
If you are using regular navigation, you can get to it from the Tax Breaks screen by displaying "All Tax Breaks" and then scrolling down to "Estimates and Other Taxes Paid", and then expanding that topic and choosing the subtopic "Estimated Tax Payments."
My method above is a shortcut to get there. I've made you some screen images and inserted them into my answer above. Please review and follow the steps in those images.
