I made 200$ on one freelance job this year where do I input it in the free version of Turbo Tax? It doesnt seem worth to upgrade when it is just 200$

This type of income needs to be reported as self-employment income and is reported on Schedule C. You will need TurboTax Deluxe to report your freelance income.
