I'm using TurboTax Full Service. I scheduled an appointment but the assistant couldn't reach me. Now I see "An assistant will meet you in few minutes". Please advise.

There is no option to reschedule the appointment. I tried calling TurboTax but it says support is closed even during working hours.

Hi,

 

Thanks for your response. I only see three sections (Steps, Checklist, Help). There is no option to connect to an assistant or tax specialist.

Please try logging completely out of the TurboTax website, then clear your browser's cache and delete cookies. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly. If that doesn't work, try a different browser.
