I'm using TT 2024 desktop. When It import my New Jersey W2, for 14 DI PP# it enters a large dollar amount; it's not money but a number. This is a bug in the software.

If after reviewing the import file, you discover that a number did not transfer correcty, you can make any corrections necessary.

Here's how to do this in TurboTax Online:

• Navigate to Federal Taxes,  Wages & Income,  Job (W-2),  Add/Edit
• On the next page select the W-2 has the local tax showing up on state, using the pencil icon
• Continue through information about company
• Then, correct the information in boxes 14 on the screen "Now let's update the rest"
