I'm using itemized turbo tax - I have a W2 plus deductibles from music. Where and how can I send a 1099 to the IRS for a payment I made to a vendor?

In the Self-Employment section, you will see the screen below.  If you click on the "Help me prepare and file W-2s and 1099s" it will take you to Quick Employer Forms where you can prepare and file.  Please note: the 2019 1099s were due on January 31st so you want to prepare them as quickly as possible.
