I'm US with a L1 Visa and my wife with an L2 Visa, she doesn't have a SSN or ITIN, Is it possible to use TurboTax, print the tax return form and mail it with the W7 form?

I'm working in the US with an L1 Visa and my wife has a L2 Visa, so she doesn't have a SSN or ITIN. I want to file my taxes jointly. I went to the IRS webpage and it says that i have to mail the W-7 form attached to the taxes return form.  We have a kid that does have a SSN

Is it possible to use turbotax to fill everything and print the taxes retrun form to be able to mail it with the W-7 form?

Ok so, if it's the case, would i still get the refound through TurboTax or it would it eed to be done directly with the IRS?

Your return is filed and processed by the IRS, as is the W-7 application. So your refund would come from the IRS.

Yes, you can print your return completed in TurboTax, sign, and mail it with the Form W-7 as instructed by the IRS.

Print a copy of your return using these instructions: 

Once printed, the tax return can be finalized and attached to Form W-7 to request a tax identification number for your spouse.

We recommend that you hand-carry the completed documents to your local IRS office with necessary documentation for a better outcome. You may also consider using an agent to process the W-7 application.
