I'm unable to use live agent as it is not recognizing the online option I chose to start my return. What else can I do to get someone to help me?

TurboTax has 24-hour customer service at its toll-free phone number 1-1(833) 239 0548/800-446-8848 it will connect you with the team person who will provide you with live guidance to complete your task without any hassle.

 

Or you can switch to Live Assisted as follows

 

  • Switch to TurboTax Live if you started with a different TurboTax product.
    1. Sign in to TurboTax and open or continue your return.
    2. Select Live Tax Advice.
    3. Select Upgrade.
