I'm unable to import my .csv file from Coinbase because I keep getting a "no header" message. Can you please assist?

When I try to upload my .csv file for CoinBase, I get a message that says "no header" and it won't let me upload the file.

Coinbase no longer supports a direct import of a CSV file into TurboTax from their site which has resulted in an error message for some users. Instead, Coinbase is relying on a 3rd party, CoinTracker, as an option to calculate your cryptocurrency gains and losses and to access your CSV file.

I’m sorry, but how is this the constant answer from the “experts” - Please answer the questions on every thread about this and stop linking to outdated guidance that requires customers to pay yet another big fee to yet another “third” party (which is actually the fourth party for the topic of discussion).  No one should have to pay hundreds of dollars more simply because you cannot sort out your own software issues.
