I’m trying to transmit my returns and the captcha box just keeps spinning. It says” please complete the captcha and try again.”

It’s the box that asks if I am a robot.

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax.  You can also try a different browser.

 

Also, make sure you have ran all updates.
