I'm trying to see why do my state return says $0 on the app and also Federal $0 I don't just don't understand that when my state was just a thousand dollars

Please clarify your question.

Unfortunately, we can't see your screen to see where you are, so I'll have to ask you a couple of questions.

• Did you file your taxes already?
• If so, did you try to get back into your tax return?
• Did you click the AMEND my return?

Like I said I was filing my taxes my federal and state and my return is supposed to be a thousand ten that's what it said that I was getting back then when I download the app it says $0 with federal and state and I know that ain't right so now I don't know what I'm getting so can you take a look into my return and tell me what I'm getting back please

Check what it says in your Tax Summary.

1. Log in to your tax return at TurboTax.com. 
2. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen (you may need to click on Continue in the center first). 
3. Click on Tools. 
4. In the box that pops up in the center, click on View Tax Summary.
