I had tried to use TurboTax last month and I went through all the steps to the very end where it asked me if I wanted to e-file my return or if I wanted to print a physical copy and mail it myself if I haven't printed out the copy and mailed it yet has my tax return finalized? Is it already completed and all I have yo do is send the copy in the mail?
If you chose to print and mail, nothing has been processed by the IRS and you are able to file your taxes however you choose to do so. The tax return will only be filed if you print and mail it or e-file.
