I'm trying to finalize my tax return but the NYS HWB there's not an option for that in box 14 I've read previous comments & I'm just not seeing that option anywhere❗

Please enter NYS HWB in the category for Other. 

Box 14 is used for your employer to communicate something to you. There is no preset list of entries in box 14, so Other is used in these "other" cases.
