I’m trying to file 2021 taxes for my daughters 1040ez and can’t seem to change the year

It’s too late to file prior-year tax returns on TurboTax Online.  You will have to purchase TurboTax Desktop and install it on your computer to prepare your 2022 and 2023 tax returns.  You should prepare 2023 before you prepare 2024.

Form 1040-EZ was eliminated in 2018. All tax returns for 2018 and later are filed on Form 1040.
