I'm trying to figure out what to put for the business name on Schedule C.

I work with a nonprofit and am considered self-employed. I made more than $400 but less than $600. I'm just working as myself, not as an LLC or anything. Under section C on Schedule C, should I leave the business name blank, use my own name, or the name of the nonprofit?

If you have no business name, you can leave line C on Schedule C blank.

Yes, Schedule C is the correct form for a self-employed individual.

I'm also wondering if Schedule C is the correct form at all.
