Same problem for me. It worked a week ago. Need a fix ASAP.
I have been running into to the exact same thing. Only, now it says Merrill Lynch-Merrill Edge instead of Fidelity. Also, the message says to try again on the next day, only to find on the next day its the same message but the date being suggested to try again is advanced by one day. I spoke with a Turbotax person, who had no answer for the problem. Don't know if it is a Turbotax software problem, or a problem on Merrill's end. Going to call Merrill today.
I noticed that it changed from Fidelity to Merrill yesterday too. As the other response noted, it worked last week. Please post your findings. And thank you for getting in touch with Merrill.
I just spoke to the folks at Merrill who said there is no problem on their end.
Thursday 2/25, 5pm: Merrill Lynch, after 36 minutes on hold, blamed TurboTax, and told me to try again tomorrow. My reply was that Wednesday's error said try Thursday, Thursday's error says try Friday. I was again told to try Friday.
Feb 25, 2021 about 2:30 pm MST Success!! I don't know which end fixed it, but I was able to load my Merrill Lynch info into TurboTax.
