I'm trying to contact you its a Thursday at 7:30am and all I get is a sign saying we are closed.If I don't get someone I will stop payment on my credit card" no service."

TurboTax support is open from 5am to 5pm Pacific time (8am to 8pm Eastern time), Monday thru Friday

And FYI ... the initial beta version of the program is NOT fully functional .... it will need several updates over the next 2 months to install all the tax law changes and work out the bugs ... do not expect the calculations to be correct yet or all the forms to be updated (heck even the IRS still has the 2019 forms in draft mode).

If you need to do any 2019 tax planning you need to use the 2018 fully operational program using the What If tool in the FORMS mode.
