I'm stuck in a loop while trying to file - keeps taking me through the same set of questions. I've cleared my cache and cookies and restarted the browser but no luck.

Try using a different browser.

If you select the Transmit Returns Now button, and it doesn't seem to be working, the most likely source of the problem is “cookies,” little pieces of code that are sent to your browser so we can personalize your experience. Follow the steps in this FAQ and this should assist you in resolving the issue.

Thanks for your help. I've tried Chrome, Firefox and IE, have changed settings to allow pop-ups, and cleared cache and cookies multiple times but it's still got me in this loop when I'm trying to complete the 'File' step. Driving me bonkers!! Anything else I can try, please?
