After I found the problem, my specialist corrected it. But now my wife' email box still can't receive tax documents and E-sign them.
I contacted customer service. She told me that if my specialist entered my wife's name wrong the first time, the system couldn't verify it, so it couldn't do an electronic signature. Just print it out, sign it and upload it.
I want e-sign, how can this be done?
Sounds like you have paid for the special service to have your return prepared by TurboTax. If so, you have unlimited access and should reach out to the speacialist to correct the issue. They will have a hands on access to actually manipulate the information to correct the issue.
