See this TurboTax support FAQ for calculating the estimated taxes - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/tax-payments/help/can-turbotax-calculate-next-year-s-federal-estimated-taxes/01/26437

Or use the worksheets for the IRS Form 1040-ES to calculate your estimated taxes - https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040es.pdf

Estimated taxes can be paid directly to the IRS using the IRS payment website - https://www.irs.gov/payments

You can get them from the IRS site:

https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040es.pdf

You could also make your payments directly on the IRS site if you want to:

Turbotax is not designed to track your business spending and prepare quarterly estimates.  Turbotax only prepares a tax return at the end of the year, and Turbotax Online currently only prepares 2019 returns.

To track your business income and expenses, you want an accounting program like Quickbooks.  There is a Quickbooks Self-Employed Online bundle that is a monthly subscription and includes Turbotax at the end of the year.  Or, you can buy higher levels of Qucikbooks depending on your needs.

If you know the amount of the payment you need to make, just make an online payment at www.irs.gov/payments, you don't need a voucher for online payments.
