I receive this error before I have a chance to select a product. I've selected "Retry" multiple times but I keep receiving the same error.

** If you are using the phone/tablet app, try changing to laptop/computer if possible. If you do not have access to a computer, switch to a web browser within your phone or tablet, and sign in from there.

It didn't fix the problem. I spent six hours total with three different people in tech support. They didn't resolve the issue. The following day, I couldn't get in touch with tech support. I am still unable to use Turbo Tax.
