I'm ready to e-file first but I want to pay directly to IRS with credit card. I don't see such option on "How Do You Want to Pay Your Federal Taxes?"

In the File section of the program on Step 2, if you are using the online editions, and you have taxes owed there is an option to pay with a credit card.

Or say you will mail a check then pay online at

Https://www.irs.gov/payments
