If you have not filed a 2019 tax return and you are not required to file a tax return and you do not receive Social Security benefits, then use this TurboTax website to register for the stimulus - https://turbotax.intuit.com/stimulus-check/

I was on workman's comp for the entire years of 2019 & 2020. So, I have not filed taxes for those years.

How do I receive my second stimulus check($600)?

You will have to file a 2020 federal tax return to receive the stimulus payments.

The stimulus payment for which you are eligible to receive will be entered on your 2020 federal tax return as a tax credit on Form 1040 Line 30.

The TurboTax program will ask about stimulus payments in the Federal Review section of the program.

If you do not have any income to enter on the tax return, then to e-file the return you can add $1 of interest income to return.

Enter interest income in the Search box locate in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to interest income

On the Form 1099-INT enter any name for Received from.  Enter $1 in Box 1
