I'm on the last step and my SSN isn't recognized

Hello,

I am on the final step of filing my federal and state taxes, in the Credit Karma section where you have to log in and then give them your information in order to 'track refund on Credit Karma and see credit scores'. When I enter my SSN, it isn't recognized and I get a red banner at the top with the message: "Please provide your full Social Security Number. Sometimes the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number are not enough to locate your credit records. To continue trying to locate your records, please provide your full 9-digit Social Security Number below." After I enter my full SSN and enter it, I get another red banner with this message: "

Your personal information doesn’t match with credit bureau records. Please review your information for any possible errors. For security reason, you’ll also need to reenter your Social Security Number before continuing. Not sure what’s wrong? You can find some tips on the right side of this page."

Yes, I am sure I am entering the correct SSN. Yes, I'm sure I'm typing my SSN in correctly. I remember the same thing happening last year, but I don't recall what the solution was. Any help would be much appreciated.

You will need to reach out to Credit Karma for assistance with this issue. You can contact them by clicking here

Although TurboTax and Credit Karma are both a part of Intuit, they are separate products. Please see  Is Credit Karma a part of TurboTax? for more information.
