Hello, I'm trying already for several hour sand get the same result - when trying to efile my forms, the following message received:

We're experiencing Internet transmission problems. Your transmission didn't go through. Intuit's Electronic Filling Center did not receive your return(s).

Please, try again later.

Error 2.

I tried again and again later with no success. Internet works, I'm writing this message from the same PC. Please, help. How to open a customer service ticket?

ADDED after original post:  Please see the TurboTax FAQ associated with Error 2 I'm linking below.  Maybe it's a firewall issue?

Error code 2 Internet connection issue

If the suggested fixes don't work, you may try the suggestion below.

Save your TurboTax return and close your TT program.  Then delete your browsing history, clear cache and delete cookies.  Once you've done that, re-open your TT program and attempt again to e-file your return.  You may even try a different browser.  Sounds crazy, but sometimes it works!  Please post back if you continue to have difficulty.

Having the same problem.  Did you ever get past this?

In some instances, temporary internet files can disrupt access to secure websites. If a page fails to load or you experience difficulties signing in to your account, clear your browser's temporary internet files, including cookies, cache and browser history.  Then close and restart your browser.

I have the same problem with the Business 2019 edition. No answer yet either.

Solved it today.  If you are on Windows, make sure you have the latest updates fully installed.  You do NOT have to take the 1909 feature update.  Even if the Windows Update dialog says no updates are available, scan again.  And even if it says nothing is available or pending after that, reboot.  Go back to Windows Update and check again.

For me, the sequence was:

- check for updates, nothing available

- reboot

- check for updates, ERROR

- reboot

Everything worked after that.  Didn't have to play with the internet options, router, firewall, etc.

Good luck.

Guys, I solved the issue by moving to another PC. The first PC I tried was running on Windows7. Once moved to Windows 10 , everything worked.

I have the same issue with Business 2019 running on Win10 in VMware on a Mac running 10.15.4.  I've tried all of the suggestions here (changed browsers, deleted cookies, etc.) and even turned off all the firewalls and AV.  TT is able to check for updates, so internet and firewalls are working.   Since updates to TurboTax work, it must be a protocol unique to the transmit-returns function or a bug.  Why hasn't Intuit figured out what their problem is?

This was the right answer for me.  I deleted browsing history, temp files, caches, etc., and tried agin.  It work only after doing this.  Thanks for the post.
