I'm just confirming that both my federal and state need to be mailed since i couldn't provide my AGI from last year?

Has to be mailed instead of E Filing since I couldn't provide AGI?

Did you try using zero as your AGI?  Quite often that trick will let you e-file.  If zero does not work then you will need to print ,sign and file federal and state returns.
