I’m having trouble on my State return it’s having me fill out a “innovative motor vehicle” section and I’m not sure why. I need to delete the form but it won’t let me.

Is this the Colorado Innovative Motor Vehicle Credit?

 

If so, in the Colorado state income tax return, at the screen Take a look at Colorado credits and taxes, see Start/Revisit to the right of Innovative Motor Vehicle Credit.

 

At the screen We need to know a little about your vehicle, select No.

 

 

You may also select Tax Tools down the left side of the screen, then Tools, then Delete a form.
