I'm having trouble filling out the W4 Maryland MW507. I am single, and only have one job. How many exemptions should I be claiming for Line 1?

If you are not claimed as a dependent on another taxpayer's return, then you can claim one personal tax exemption.   However, if you want a little more withheld from your check you can claim zero.
