I'm having a hard time entering my 1099 from my ssi, and my w2s from part time work, what do I do.?

Hi Bruz, I guess you need help entering them separately right? well, contact customer support on the website and someone will guide you through.

I am sorry that you are having to struggle through this.  Here is how you can enter your W-2(s) into TurboTax:

1. While in your Tax Home,
2. Select Review/Edit,
3. Select Edit  next to Job (W-2),
4. Select Add a W-2,
5. Follow through the on-screen prompts to enter your W-2.

To add your SSA-1099 for your SSI, follow these steps:

1. While in your Tax Home,
2. Select Search from the top left of your screen
3. Enter SSA 1099,
4. Select Jump to SSA 1099,

Follow the on-screen prompts to complete this section.

 

To finish your taxes in TurboTax, Fill out each of these sections::

• Personal Info,
• Wages & Income, (You did this part above)
• Deductions & Credits,
• Other Tax Situations,
• State Taxes,
• Review,
• Finish & Pay.
