Do not enter the EIN from Uber or Lyft for your self employment activity, you would use your own social security number if you do not have your own EIN. In the self employment section you would select "General Information" then choose "Edit" by "Payments and Information".
Continue until you see the questions. "Does (your name) have their own Employer ID Number (EIN)?" If you do not have an EIN yourself answer no.
You can check the W2 entries to see if the correct EIN was in place for each W2.
