I'm filling four tax return this year. I want to know do I claim my daughter on all four

You don't file four returns. You will only file one return. Doesn't matter how many jobs you had. You file one return to claim ALL of your income from ALL sources, and that is the only one you will claim your daughter on. If you are married, the one return you will file can be joint, and if your wife had income that one return will include all of her income too.

How do I do that? I'm filing online

Just read the screen. After you enter your first W-2 "completely", select the "Add another W-2" button at the bottom left, and then enter it. I think the program has a limit of something like 12 or 15 W-2's it can handle.
