I'm filing married/filing jointly and receiving EDD this year. Does my husband have to update his CALIFORNIA DE form as MARRIED/ONE INCOME? is EDD considered an income?

when I was employed (last year) my husband's state tax withholding allowance was "married/two or more income

For withholding at work?  You can claim anything you want.  It doesn't have to match your actual tax return.  It's only to determine how much withholding to take out.  You can even put down Single if you are married to have more taken out.

But yes Unemployment is still income.  Did you have any withholding taken out of unemployment?
