I’m filing 1310, wanting to e-file Federal and mail in the 1310. Turbo says I can do this, however at the Review/File, it tells me the Federal can’t be e-filed. Help

is there a work-around to get this e-filed today?

The Form 1310 can only be printed and mailed since you have to physically sign and date the form.

What is the exact message you received concerning e-filing the tax return?

Within Turbo tax, it states, “Note: If you haven't already provided the IRS with the court certificate, you will need to mail the certificate with the return. If you are e-filing this tax return, you’ll need to mail Form 1310 along with a copy of the certificate to the address you would have mailed this tax return to."

Then when I go to the final filing page, it doesn’t allow the option to e-file.

At the end, at the Filing section it states : "E-file is not available because your return includes forms that can’t be e-filed. Revisit the Review section to see which forms."

The Info in the Turbo Tax system and on their Q&A section needs updating. Contradictory information.

Correct.  It appears that the tax return has to be printed and mailed including the Form 1310.

When you are filing Form 1310, and other supporting documents,

you have to file a paper return via US Mail.
