I'm entering a 1099-MISC my wife received for selling makeup for Younique LLC. TurboTax is now asking me for her business code. Is this the recipients ID or account #

No, the business code is the code identifying the type of business for the IRS.

They are all listed at the end of the IRS Instructions for Schedule C (1040).

On the page in TurboTax Self-Employed when it asks you for the business code, there is a button that says "Lookup Business Codes". Here you can enter search terms like "selling cosmetics".

Sure enough, when you hit search, the second result is 454390, which covers, among other things, "house-to-house direct selling, in-house selling, direct selling", which pretty much has you covered.
