I’m done with my filling so I pushed “I am not a robot “ and the blue line just keeps circling. I pushed it 4 times with the same result.

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax.  You can also try a different browser.

 

Also, make sure you have ran all updates.
