Turbo Tax will ask if the person you have entered the personal info for on the next CONTINUE page if the person is deceased on one of the check boxs. You will then enter the date of death and continue on and fill out any info it will as, usually the person who is filing and status, etc.. If I remember correctly, you may need to paper file this return and include a very good copy or original Certificate of Death and copy of the court order.
